Agreement Between User and Forge Weddings (Forge Labs LLC)
Effective Date: November 21, 2025

Welcome to www.forgeweddings.com and any associated platforms, tools, automations, services, CRM integrations, educational materials, and marketing funnels (collectively, the “Platforms”). These Platforms are operated by Forge Labs LLC (“Forge Weddings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Platforms, submitting information through any of our lead forms, interacting with our services, or participating in any of our marketing funnels or automation systems, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Platforms.

1. Electronic Communications

By visiting our Platforms, submitting forms, or communicating with Forge Weddings via email, SMS, chatbot, or digital tools, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platforms for personal or business purposes.

  • You may not:

    • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content

    • Reproduce or resell our materials

    • Share paid materials with third parties

    • Use our content for competitive or commercial purposes

All materials remain the property of Forge Labs LLC even after termination of services.

Business Results Disclaimer

Forge Weddings provides marketing systems, lead automation, consulting, and education. We do not guarantee results.

You acknowledge that:

  • Individual outcomes vary due to numerous factors

  • We make no promises of income, bookings, or success

  • Past performance does not guarantee future performance

  • We do not provide “get-rich-quick” programs, guaranteed booking systems, or promises of specific financial outcomes

3. Client Responsibilities

Legal Compliance

You agree to:

  • Operate a lawful business and maintain good standing

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

  • Handle tax collection, reporting, and compliance for your business

  • Use our Platforms only for lawful purposes

Protection of Intellectual Property

You agree to:

  • Not reproduce, copy, distribute, or share our materials

  • Not disclose or distribute proprietary information to third parties

  • Not provide third-party access to your login credentials

  • Return or permanently delete all materials upon service termination

  • Maintain confidentiality around all non-public information provided by Forge Weddings

4. Service Terms

No Long-Term Contracts

Most Forge Weddings services operate without long-term lock-in contracts unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Guarantees (If Applicable)

Some programs may include satisfaction guarantees or refund policies. These are governed by the specific terms of that program or offer.

Customized Solutions

Many services are custom-built and may vary depending on user needs.

Support Services

Support availability may vary based on your service tier or subscription model.

5. Liability and Indemnification

Limited Liability

All services, materials, and functionalities are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Forge Weddings is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or bookings

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Results from marketing campaigns, automations, or consulting

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content

  • Downtime, service interruptions, or delays

  • Loss of data

  • Unauthorized access to servers or security breaches

  • Technical malfunctions or failures

  • Third-party actions or content

  • Force majeure events

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Forge Weddings in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Labs LLC, its employees, partners, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Platforms

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any laws or regulations

  • Any claims related to your business operations

6. Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Platforms must be resolved through binding arbitration.

  • No class actions or representative actions are allowed

  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only

  • The Federal Arbitration Act governs all arbitration proceedings

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Modifications to These Terms

Forge Weddings may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Platforms after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
